First thing's first. You may be wondering who I am. My name is Julie Vance, and to be honest, I'm just an average woman, a wife and working mom of two. And like many of you, I have tried almost all of the "diet" and exercise programs available, most especially, the ones endorsed and used by the celebrities of Hollywood.

I always simply thought that, because celebrities do it, it will automatically work as well.

Well, things didn't go as planned first.

While I achieved "some" results, I found myself, unmotivated, even depressed at times. I thought that simply doing what the celebrities are doing would give me the same body they have. It took me a while, after doing a lot of research online, before I realized what's missing.

I have to think how they think too!

I came to realize that a big difference with celebrities and fitness gurus, and many of the average folk is that they have a specific way of thinking. At first, it wasn't as easy as it seemed, but this was only because I didn't know where to begin. But eventually, I was able to piece together the secrets of what me and my friends have come to call...

At first, I only kept my notes to myself. But when my friends and co-workers began noticing my drop in weight, and increase in energy and life, they began to ask me how I did it.

To their surprise, they found out I was following the same celebrity diets and exercises they were doing! It's just that I didn't only prepare myself physically, I also prepared myself psychologically.

Soon, they asked me for my notes, and in turn, their friends asked them for theirs. And you know what? It felt good to share what I learned!

Eventually, I decided to begin formalizing all of the things I've learned, even created my own celebrity secret diets blog, and some videos (because some of my friends like watching videos more!) and I'm more than willing to share these tips and videos for ABSOLUTELY FREE. Why free? Well, the better question is, why not free? :) I gave away my tips to my friends for free, so why change that? :D
